Delivery Time
After payment confirmation, your orders are handed over to cargo within 1-2 business days. Delays caused by cargo companies will be notified according to the conditions announced by TÜBİTAK.
Cargo Fee
Outside of campaign periods, cargo fee is borne by the buyer. Return cargo is also the buyer's responsibility (return right usage is unconditional according to Law No. 6502).

Important: If the product is damaged or wrong product is delivered when receiving it, make a report together with the cargo officer.
